Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa free entry to the Republic of Serbia for holders of foreign passports having a valid Schengen, UK and other Member States' visa, or visa of the United States of America, and for holders of foreign passports having residence permit in the countries of the Schengen area, EU or the United States of America, which was published in the "Official Gazette of RS", No. 119 of 31 October 2014.

The Embassy also informs that the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decision on visa free entry into the Republic of Serbia for citizens of Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. This decision applies to all nationals of the countries listed above, holders of all types of travel documents other than travel certificates and travel documents issued in accordance with international conventions, which may reside in the Republic of Serbia longer than 90 days within a period of 6 months from the date first entry. This Decision will be put into effect on June 30, 2015.

On August 6th, 2015 came into force an agreement between of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on the abolition of visas for citizens of the two countries. Holders of valid biometric passports are exempt from visa for entry, exit and transit through the territory, as well as stay in the territory of the other country, in the period up to 90 days within a period of six months from the date of first entry.
